  • Price Changes: Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
  • Sales and Promotions: Discounts and promotional pricing may be exclusive to specific platforms (e.g., online vs. in-store, if applicable). Promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
  • Custom Pieces Pricing: Prices for custom or personalized jewelry will be quoted individually, and no changes will be made once the customer confirms the order.
3. Orders

Order Confirmation: When an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. ZBM Collection reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders for any of the following reasons:

Cancellations: If we cancel an order, you will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be refunded in full.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.
  • Shipping Delays: ZBM Collection is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or other external factors. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving any issues with your shipment.
6. Returns and Exchanges
  • Eligibility: We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. To be eligible, items must be:
    • In their original, unused condition.
    • Accompanied by the original packaging and all tags.
  • Non-returnable Items: Custom or personalized jewelry, including engraved pieces, cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at order@zbmcollections.com with your order number. Upon approval, ship the item back, and once inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
7. Sales Tax (USA Standard)
    • State Sales Tax: ZBM Collection is required to collect sales tax in states where we have a legal obligation to do so. This will be calculated based on the shipping address provided at checkout.
      • State-Specific Rates: Sales tax rates vary by state, county, and city. You will see the exact tax amount before completing your order.
    • No Hidden Fees: All applicable taxes will be clearly displayed during checkout. The final price will include both the item cost and any taxes required by law.

8. Damage and Warranty
  • Inspection Upon Arrival: We carefully inspect all items before shipment. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Damage Resolution: Upon verifying the damage, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on the situation. Please retain all original packaging for insurance claims.
  • Warranty: ZBM Collection offers a 1-year warranty on all jewelry against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
9. Discount Policy
