Exchange & Replacement Policy

You may exchange or replace defective products within 48 hours of purchase. Shipping charges apply.

Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  1. The item must be unused and in perfect condition.
  2. It must be in its original packaging.
  3. The original receipt is required.
  4. Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please do so within two hours of purchase. Unfortunately, cancellations requested after this period cannot be processed.

Damage-Related Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with close-up images and videos. Report any damage within 24 hours of receiving the item for us to review and address the issue.

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7–12 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

Liability for Loss or Damage

We are not responsible for:

  1. Lost packages
  2. Damaged packages
  3. Delivery delays
  4. USPS mishandling
  5. Natural disasters
  6. Stolen packages

For damaged items, please file a claim directly with USPS.
